Shipping Information
HOJUMBO has partnered with world-leading logistics companies to provide you with cost-effective, quick, and flexible shipping.
Where do we ship from?
Depending on the product and your location, your order may be shipped from our warehouse in China or from an overseas warehouse closer to your region. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from departure to delivery.
Signature on delivery: You may receive an option from the courier to deliver without a signature. We do not recommend this — if you authorize delivery without a signature, HOJUMBO is not responsible for the package if it goes missing.
Dispatch Time
We dispatch orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday are shipped after the weekend.
Made-to-Order items: If your order contains Made-to-Order items, an extra production period is required. Please contact our customer service team for the expected time frame. If your order contains a mixture of Made-to-Order and inventory items, we will send everything as one package once the Made-to-Order items are complete.
Customs Charges & Taxes
Any customs charges and taxes levied by your government upon arrival of your order are the responsibility of the customer. Many countries do not charge customs fees on shipments below a certain value. Each country has its own regulations — we recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering. These are not charges made by HOJUMBO and we are not responsible for paying them.
Shipping Costs
Both the initial shipping and any return shipping costs are highly subsidized rates. The actual cost HOJUMBO pays the courier is typically at least double the rate we charge our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hojumbo pieces. Most returns from online clothing stores happen because of sizing issues — we have gone to extra lengths to make choosing the correct size easy. Each product page includes a Size Guide tab under the Add to Cart button with detailed garment measurements. Use this to compare with clothing you already own.
Return Conditions
- Item has not been worn outside of the house
- Item is in its original new condition
- Item has not been washed
- Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
- Return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your package
We reserve the right not to refund or exchange items that do not meet these conditions. Sale items are final sale.
How to Submit a Return
HOJUMBO will arrange the return shipping method for you. We work with local courier companies in your area to make returns as easy as possible:
- Submit a return request with your order number
- Our Customer Service team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 business hours
- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label
- Print the label and the courier will pick up your return from your home or workplace
- Once received, we process your refund within 48 hours
You can check the status of your return at any time by visiting the Contact page and entering your order number and email.
Return Shipping Costs
For refunds: The cost of return shipping is based on the number of items you wish to return. The amount will be deducted from your refund. The initial shipping charges for sending the products to you are not refunded, except in cases where HOJUMBO is at fault for sending an incorrect product.
For store credit: Return shipping is free if you choose store credit instead of a refund.
We charge a returns shipping fee per item to avoid misuse of our shipping offers. Please use the Size Guide on each product page to help you choose the right size the first time.
Refund Processing Time
Return delivery times vary depending on your country and location. Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach our warehouse. Once received, we process your return request within 48 hours. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7-15 business days of approval. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order after placing it, please contact us immediately. We process orders very quickly — sometimes within a few hours.
- Cancel before shipping: full refund, no charges.
- Cancel after shipping: you will be charged for both outward shipping and return fees.
- Refuse the shipment or courier cannot reach you: you will be charged for both outward shipping and return fees.
